My Item Arrived Defective

Upon arrival, if your product is defective or not meeting quality standards, please contact us immediately. Based on the issue that is occurring, we will be happy to troubleshoot the issue or begin a warranty claim. Please do not process a return request. This may cause the warranty to be voided or delay the resolution.

What Is Covered Under Warranty?

Warranties cover manufacturer defects. Any damage caused during use or installation will void the warranty in most cases. To determine what warranty your product comes with, go to the product listing and look under the warranty information tab. If you do not see a warranty under that tab please call our customer service team to inquire about this.

It is the sole discretion of the manufacturer to accept or deny warranty coverage. Raney’s is not liable for product warranties although we will do our best to go to bat for our customers.

How To File A Warranty Claim

If your item is eligible to file a warranty claim you can reach our warranty department by emailing cs@raneys.com or contact our customer service department at 888-888-7990. Please have your order information ready so they can promptly assist you!

What's Extend & How Does It Work?

Extend warranty protection is an affordable, stress-free protection plan to cover your products even after manufacturer warranties expire. Products that are eligible for Extend will have an option to add the warranty to your cart at the product page. Products that are not eligible for Extend coverage will not have the option on the product page

Filing A Warranty If Extend Was Purchased

First, you must verify that the actual manufacturer warranty has expired. If it has not expired, then you will need to contact our customer service department to file that warranty claim through the manufacturer. You can email us at claims@raneys.com to begin that process call our toll free number.

If your manufacturer warranty has already expired, then your Extend protection kicks in and you can file a claim by calling Extend or using their online portal. They will instruct you what to do from that point forward, including getting a replacement product ordered.
