Warranty Information
Grand Rock 1-Year Warranty
This product is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
In the rare event that a product does not perform as expected, Grand Rock warrants its products against failure due to defects in materials and workmanship for the period specified under Terms and Conditions for the particular part. Grand RockÂ’s obligation under this warranty covers replacement of the failed part, including transportation charges. Grand Rock is not responsible for labor costs. Please note that, due to the higher heat output of Emissions Components, Grand Rock cannot warrant the Chrome Plating for any item installed on any truck made after 2007.
The Length of Warranty for replacement parts provided under warranty coverage is the balance of the warranty period reÂÂmaining on the part being replaced. It is important that the customer handles, stores, and installs all products properly. This warranty does not cover failure due to misapplication, misuse, abuse, neglect, rust through and corrosion (muffler), imÂÂproper service practices or non-approved modification. HORRIBLE !!!!!!! WOULD DEFINATELY NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!! I was charged $30.00 shipping and handling /fine. BUT, I was sent wrong size item and when returning it, I DID NOT GET BACK ANY OF THE SHIPPING AND HANDLING AND THEY HAD THE NERVE TO CHARGE ME FOR RETURNING THE WRONG SIZE PART THEY SENT ME !!!!!! SOOO, I PAID $224.35 FOR THE WRONG SIZE PART, WAS TOLD MY REFUND WAS $195.77, AND I SOMEHOW ONLY ENDED UP WITH A REFUND OF $186.57 AND NO ITEM !!!!!!!!!!! TALK ABOUT A RIP OFF COMPANY !!!!!!!! I DID NOT EVEN WASTE MY TIME TO CALL TO FIND OUT ABOUT THE DIFFERENCE I GOT TOLD / AND EMAILED, AND THE ACTUAL REFUND I GOT BACK !!!!!!!!!!
