Warranty Information
TruckClaws General Warranty Policy
S&C Global Products, LLC warrants for a period of ONE YEAR (1 yr.) from purchase (the “Warranty Period”) that the TruckClaws Product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. If a defect covered by this limited warranty occurs within the Warranty Period, and Owner provides written notice to in accordance with the terms hereof, S & C Global Products, LLC will replace the defective Product at no charge to the Owner upon receipt of the defective Product. This is the Owner’s exclusive remedy. To obtain service under this limited warranty, Owner must inform Raney's no later than thirty days (30 d.) after expiration of the Warranty Period. Such written notice shall then be given to S&C Global Products, LLC in accordance with the terms hereof.
This limited warranty does not cover damage or defect caused by or attributable to: (1) accident, misuse or abuse, including damage or defect resulting from insufficient or improper Owner maintenance or from ordinary wear and tear; or (2) modifications, alterations, or work performed by anyone other than S & C Global Products, LLC. Truck Claws shall not be used on passenger vehicles nor for driving on roads. The TruckClaw is an aid for extracting commercial vehicles that are stuck in snow, sand or mud. S & C Global Products, LLC does not warrant that the device will work in every situation.
