Please take a moment to read about how we are continuing to best serve you.

Is Raney’s fully operational?

Yes, Raney’s is currently fully operational and has complete confidence that we will remain so. We are humbled by the actions of our nation’s truckers in this unprecedented time and feel a strong responsibility to keep the industry going with the parts and supplies they need.

Our hours of operation have remained the same if you call during normal business hours you can expect the same great service that you’ve become accustomed to. Our fulfillment team continues to ship orders on-time to have your order delivered as quickly as possible. While the vast majority of our products are in-stock and ready to ship, some products may have longer-than-expected delivery times due to shutdowns across the country. For these items, we will specifically state this on the product listings to eliminate any guesswork.

Canadian Orders/Shipments
Our commitment to servicing truckers doesn't stop at the border. Canadian orders continue to be fulfilled without delay from the pandemic; however, like orders within the United States, products that are not in-stock may have longer delivery times due to business closures. As previously mentioned, Raney's will specifically state on the product listing if a product has an extended delivery time. Orders crossing the Canadian border continue to have possible duties and taxes, which will need to be paid by Canadian residents per Canadian Customs regulations.

What Can You Help With?

As the situation continues to develop, we will continue to see business closures across the nation, which may lead to difficulties with freight deliveries. Before choosing a commercial business destination, please confirm that the business is still willing and able to receive your delivery. All reconsignment and redelivery fees are at your expense. Do your due diligence to save yourself time and money!

How Is Raney’s Protecting Its Customers & Employees?
Per the recommendations of our nation’s health officials, we have taken several steps to stem the spread of the novel coronavirus.

  1. We have enacted a strict two-week self-quarantining policy for any employee returning from vacation or travel, as well as those that have any symptoms of illness. This is to protect our employees and our customers.
  2. To minimize contact, the majority of our staff have begun working from home. Those that are currently still at our headquarters have been positioned a safe distance from one another per the CDC’s social-distancing guidelines.
  3. We have begun regimented sanitation periods for our entire headquarters. This occurs three times a day to ensure the cleanliness of our workspaces, our warehouse, our retail store, and other common areas such as restrooms or break rooms.
  4. We’ve also deferred non-essential business travel and eliminated any company or department gatherings.

Like many of you, we are keeping a keen eye on the ever-evolving situation. The safety of our Raney’s family is paramount, and we will continue to provide any updates in light of new recommendations or developments.

Sincerely,

Your Raney’s Family.
