The seller does hereby warrant the ISSPRO Products are free of defects in material or workmanship. This warranty shall extend from the date of purchase by the end user, and cover ISSPRO products for 1 year.   The seller’s obligation under this warranty is limited to, at its option, repair, replacement or credit for the ISSPRO Product(s) or any defective component part(s) that are proved to be other than as herein warranted. Transportation charges covering defective material under warranty shall be at the buyer’s expense.   This warranty shall not extend to any ISSPRO Product or component part, which has been subject to misuse, accident or improper installation, maintenance, or application, nor does it extend to any part, which has been repaired or altered outside of the seller’s plant, unless authorized in writing by the seller.
