Warranty Under normal and reasonable use, products produced by shift products ltd are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Internal fender mounting brackets are warranted for a period of three months from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of parts, at the discretion of shift products ltd, for any parts determined to be defective and covered under the warranty. Installation costs, transportation costs, paint costs, or loss of use is not covered under this warranty. Any claims not submitted within the warranted period shall conclusively be deemed waived by the buyer. Disclaimer Items sold by shift may not be legal for street use in all states/provinces. All products should be used for their intended purposes only. Shift products does not take responsibility over buyer or dealer installation, or modification. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for determining the suitability of the products. Installation Shift products ltd recommends all products to be installed by professionals. Buyer understands that some products may require modifications for correct fitment. Adjustments may be necessary as part of the normal installation process.
