Warranty Information

Claims for errors, shortages or damaged goods must be made within 5 working days of receipt of goods. The return of unused or undamaged goods must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods and is subject to a 15% restocking fee. (This excludes any custom or made to order items). No returns shall be accepted without prior approval from the factory and an issued RMA (Return Material Authorization) number must appear on your packaging. All Credit memos will then be applied to related outstanding RMA invoices.
