General Warranty Policy
This product is covered by a one-year (1 yr.) limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. The vendor's liability is limited to the replacement of any part found to be defective according to the "Manufacturer's Standard." Claims for labor will not be covered. In no event will the vendor be responsible for any customer claims for consequential, indirect, incidental, special, speculative, liquidated, exemplary, or punitive damages or losses or lost profits, revenues or opportunities or diminution in value. The vendor's total liability to customer with respect to any product sales, (including any applicable warranty obligations,) shall not exeed the pruchase price paid by the customer.
This warranty does not cover conditions such as the following...
- Compressors that have failed due to "black death" contamination.
- Heater cores and radiators that have failed due to electrolysis.
- Compressors and/or compressor clutches that have failed due to excessive head pressures.
