Lincoln Chrome General Warranty Policy

Lincoln Chrome warrants that products sold by Lincoln Chrome shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of two years (2 yrs.) from the date of purchase. During said two-year (2 yrs.) period, Lincoln Chrome will repair or replace any goods which are defective and which are returned to Lincoln Chrome with transportation charges prepaid. Product needs to be installed by a qualified professional.

EXCEPT AS SET FORTH ABOVE, LINCOLN CHROME EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS AND MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO QUALITY, CONDITION OR MARKETABLITY OF THE PRODUCTS, SPECIFICALLY INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTY ARISING UNDER ANY STATUTE, COMMON LAW, CASE LAW, COMMERCIAL USAGE, CUSTOM OR OTHERWISE, OR ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ALL OF WHICH ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.
