The classic front fenders are designed to fit Peterbilt 379 trucks with an extended hood. These fenders have a flowing rear tail that will give your truck a 1950's touch. It is built with double wall construction to protect the finish from road hazards. These classic front fenders give your truck protection against rocks, salt, sand, & road tar. It will not dent and can be easily fixed when damaged. They have a special rolled edge for added strength and dimension. A mud flap bracket is attached to the classic wing in the rear, all you have to do is add a mud flap. It also features a "handle", so you can open your hood effortlessly. If you want to install turn signals, they can be mounted on the top or lower side of the fender. High quality fiberglass is used to hand fabricate the fenders and a special core material is used for increased strength and protection against the road. This materal allows fenders to flex with the frame of the truck, which diminishes stress on the fenders. Fender liners are not needed and fenders can be installed within minutes. The black and white gloss gel coat can be waxed and installed without painting, unlike the sandable grey primer which requires painting.
