Please fix above errors.

No communication at all regarding shipping. I called at least five times to check on order status I actually spoke with someone once. All other times I was on hold for fifteen minutes until I finally hung up. I tried to use the text with an agent option twice and never heard anything either time. I tried the call back option once and never received a call back. I've only received two of the three items ordered.
