The Manufacturer offers a limited lifetime warranty on select products. This warranty and any implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, last for the useful lifetime of the product provided the original retail purchaser owns the vehicle on which the product is installed. These warranties do not cover any loss, damage, defect or malfunction caused by the following: misuse, abuse, fire, theft, collision, accident, improper installation, modification, neglect, mistreatment, improper or inadequate maintenance as well as on or off-road hazards. Items damaged during shipment are not covered by these warranties. Incidental and consequential damages are not recoverable under these warranties except in North American states or provinces where required by law.
