Hogebuilt Universal Fender Mounting Bracket

Ordered fender kit , these came with scratches thru the protective vinyl Novacel . Was told by Raneys that Hogebuilt is aware of the problem and its acceptable, so the made in USA Ultimate finish for trucks , is in fact "scratches from new is ok" even thru the protective Novacel . Now I live in lake city fl 90 miles from the ocala store , so I drove there and a very nice rep jasmine went thru many boxes and found some that were acceptable, (most were scratched due to poor packaging) I did request my 84 dollars for shipping be refunded, I felt that was fair being as I was told on the phone its manufacturing marks (it was NOT manufacturing marks ) , so I drove 180 miles round trip to get ones that were acceptable and I do believe it's reasonable to request shipping to be refunded. I spend alot with Raneys and its disappointing that a company like Raneys is so worried about 84 dollars and is willing to sell Hogebuilt products that are scratched and say Hogebuilt ships them this way , I was told thru multiple phone calls to Raneys and at the ocala facility that its a known problem, so why not sell as scratch and dent why sell items scratched and say it's ok , it's not ok , Disappointed.
