time consuming,difficult to install, missing hardware

if I'm buying a grille its probley because my current one broke and can't be used.when I ordered this grille a couple years ago it came fully assembled and I was very satisfied so I went to my account and reordered the same grille only to find out now it requires assembly and the use of the old factory grille and lots of drilling.once assembled the grille was then to big and bulky and would not fit properly.i was unable to use the grille
