Warranty is void on merchandise that has been welded, cut, drilled, or modified in any way. The grill was bent again, this was my Replacement grill. Luckily I was able to take it to a friend to fix it so I could get my truck back on the road.

Poor customer service

I purchased a new grill after having an accident. The new grill arrived scratched and Badly bent. My original grill had fallen apart upon removal so I had to proceed with installing the new grill. I took several photos ( many of which was of the box and shipping materials to show that the damage did not happen during shipping)and contacted Raneys. They only wanted to refund 50.00 of a 375.00 grill and 185.00 shipping charge. Please proceed with caution and document any issues with any products purchased.

Hi Melissa!

We are truly sorry that you received your grill in that condition! We understand that it was damaged in transit and in order to file a claim for a replacement the product is not able to be installed. This is due to the carrier needing to pick up the package for inspection so the product and the box has to be in the same condition it was delivered in. Since the product was installed Raney's was able to provide a $50.00 discount despite not being able to file a claim. If you ever receive a product damaged again please contact us immediately so we can try to get a claim filed with the carrier.
