*All Twisted Shifterz shift knobs are direct fit for non- air shifters with 1/2” – 13 UNC thread size, which is the standard thread pitch for heavy duty transmissions. If you have an Eaton Fuller air-type shifter then an adaptor is required to install your new Twisted Shifterz shift knob. If you have any questions please call us before purchasing.

The blue star shift knob has a polished finish with deep coloring in the knob. The star is engraved in the knob. It is a direct replacement for "Sloped" style handles. The shift knob is made with high quality materials and metal threads. The material maintains a neutral temperature, ensuring it will never become too hot or cold. The knobs are not made with plastic or set screws. It includes a jam nut and the diameter of the knob is 2 1/8". The full kit includes a shift knob, adaptor, stainless screws, chrome skirt, and a chrome selector cover. The adaptor and knob kit includes a shift knob, screws, and adaptor. The shift knobs are made in America and are sold as a kit.
