JML KUSTOMS will not assume responsibility for any incidental or consequential damage. Furthermore, we will not be liable for any claims or damages that exceed the original purchase price of the products. Please be aware that our warranty does not extend beyond what is explicitly outlined herein and does not encompass any expressed or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
