Automann General Warranty

The vendor warrants all new products against defective material or workmanship for (1) year OR (100,000) miles from the date of sale, whichever comes first.

This warranty does not apply to conditions and damages resulting from misuse, abnormal or nonstandard applications, negligence, alterations, accidents, improper installation or any form of maintenance. The vendor will, at its sole option, repair or replace those parts which are found to be defective in either material or workmanship. Any notice of defect in materials or workmanship must be provided within (30) days of the date of purchase. The vendor is not liable for incidental damages or any costs due to labor associated with the installation or removal of the defective product. Except as set forth herein, and except as to title, it is expressly agreed that there is no warranty, merchantibility or claims of fitness for a particular purpose, nor other warranty, expressed, implied or statutory, nor any affirmation of fact, or promises by the vendor and its distributors with reference to the goods which extend beyond the specifications. No person is authorized to change or add to any of the vendor's and its distributors' obligations. In no event shall the vendor and its distributors be liable for anticipated profits or for incidental or consequential damages.
